Installation Troubleshooting

If you see error messages about conflicting or missing dependencies, your instance of Eclipse is probably in an inconsistent state. Download Eclipse again, but don't replace your current instance. You can run a new Eclipse instance alongside your old one, since your preferences are in your workspace and won't be affected by the new instance. The clean instance will be in a consistent state and will let you install the Splunk Plug-in for Eclipse.
